A driver in northeastern France observed a dozen white points and one dark object moving rapidly across a cloudy sky. On November 27, 2015, around 3:00 PM, the witness stopped to film the phenomenon. The objects moved at high speed and disappeared into the clouds without making any noise. The observation lasted only one minute, and no other witnesses were reported. Although the video briefly captures the movement of a white and a dark point, the lack of precise details makes further analysis difficult.
The GEIPAN report notes that the possibility of birds cannot be ruled out. However, the limited information, such as the exact location or the absence of clear markers in the footage, prevents a more conclusive evaluation. As a result, the case was classified as category C, indicating that no satisfactory explanation can be provided with the available data.
