In September 1954, three children in a rural area of France observed a rectangular, aluminum-colored object moving slowly near their home. The object was approximately two meters tall and one meter wide, with curved supports on each side. One child threw a stone and a toy dart at it, causing the object to push him over. Although the other children also saw it, none witnessed its disappearance. According to their accounts, a red light moved near the ground and left unusual circular marks. The parents did not believe the children, but their teacher reported the incident to the gendarmerie. Years later, an independent researcher confirmed the children had tried a prank with unexpected consequences. Although the case remains unresolved, the ground marks and object description continue to intrigue.
