🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On June 6, 2016, a witness in Saint-Corneille observed for over 10 minutes a white cloudy point with a white trail. When viewed through binoculars, the object appeared to be composed of several dozen elements. After fading away, the witness initially identified it as an airplane, coinciding with a possible aerial conjunction in the area. However, the lack of additional information, such as the object's altitude or the absence of a formal report, prevented the GEIPAN from further investigation. For this reason, the case was classified as "C" due to insufficient data.
