In June 2014, two witnesses in a service vehicle observed a dark mass with two small lights that suddenly moved at high speed and disappeared. The phenomenon was confirmed by a field investigation, which found no plausible explanation, including the meteorite hypothesis. Although the witnesses were highly reliable and the conditions ideal, the brevity of the sighting and lack of images prevented a higher classification. The GEIPAN categorized it as D1, an unexplained case with high consistency due to the quality of the testimonies.
