In 1968, a family from Sackville, New Brunswick, reported a series of unidentified flying object (UFO) sightings. Their accounts include red, green, and white lights moving in unpredictable directions, sometimes hovering in the air for minutes. Observers noted that these objects did not emit typical aircraft sounds or leave visible trails. They also attempted to use telescopes to gather more details but failed to identify the exact shape or size of the objects. The family even contacted the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) to collaborate on investigations, but no conclusive answers were provided. These testimonies, collected by the National Research Council of Canada, highlight concerns about unexplained aerial phenomena and a request for scientific analysis.
