UFO sighting in Forest of Dean

Summary

A summary of the report is that in July 1998, an observer reported an unidentified flying object in the Forest of Dean area. The object was described as a very intense white light with a round shape, observed for three minutes. It was moving slowly, first northward and then westward, at an estimated height of two miles. Although high-voltage cables were considered, no conventional explanation was found.
