🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In December 1947, a 16-year-old girl in Oslo, Norway, witnessed a luminous object resembling a fireball but with unusual characteristics. The object, intensely white with a greenish-yellow tail, moved in a sharply curved arc from right to left. Unlike common meteors, it remained visible for two to three seconds—long enough for the witness to make a wish. The sky was clear, with no noise or smell, adding to the mystery.
The sighting was documented by military authorities, who considered it a probable meteorite. However, they noted the object appeared to travel very close to the ground, limiting its visibility to few observers. Despite investigations, neither the local astronomical observatory nor other witnesses reported the same event. This case, labeled Incident #132, remains an enigma in UFO records.
