In 1948 near Furstenfeldbruck in Germany, an unidentified object was observed at high altitude. According to records, the object appeared at 21:12 hours, after the scheduled time, and was detected by radar at 27,000 feet. Shortly after, it was reported circling at 10,000 feet, with speeds between 200 and 500 mph. Investigators ruled out the possibility of it being a weather balloon. This incident was included in military reports and analyzed as part of investigations into unidentified flying objects.
