Summary

In April 1949, in Toledo, Ohio, an UFO incident was reported involving three unidentified objects. According to the report, the objects had a silver appearance and moved at a speed of between 40 and 45 miles per hour. Although efforts were made to locate witnesses for detailed statements, they could not be found, which prevented further investigation. The case was part of Project Grudge, a U.S. Air Force initiative to study unidentified aerial phenomena.

An additional testimony came from Wallkill, New York, where a woman described seeing a burning object in the sky on April 11, 1949. She compared it to a flaming plane ready to land. Although her husband did not see it, she remained fascinated for a full minute before the object vanished. This testimony was sent to military authorities, who included it in their investigations of unidentified flying objects.
