Summary

In March 1950, a U.S. Air Force officer and five other witnesses reported seeing an unidentified object shaped like a ping pong ball. The phenomenon was observed for approximately one hour and twenty-five minutes, remaining bright and stable in the sky. Despite its apparent proximity, its structure or origin could not be determined. A film taken by photo lab personnel was preserved for further analysis.

The object was seen at an estimated distance of 75 to 100 miles, with an elevation angle of about 75 degrees. It traveled in a straight line, without visible smoke or noise, generating confusion and interest among witnesses. The official report, marked unclassified, was sent to relevant authorities for evaluation.
