🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In March 1950, two real estate agents in Tennessee reported a formation of dark, round, and fast-moving objects over Marrowbone Lake. According to the report, between six and twelve objects, about five feet long, appeared around 7 a.m., flying at low altitude without visible engines. The witnesses described a sound similar to wind blowing through trees and a speed of at least 500 miles per hour. The objects moved in formation, rapidly losing altitude, and disappeared behind the hills. The official report from the Third Army headquarters deemed the source "completely reliable," but authorities failed to identify the objects. A spokesperson from Sewart Air Force Base stated they couldn't be jet planes due to their size and weather conditions. The experience left the witnesses shaken and with more questions than answers.
