Summary

In 1950, a farmer from Michigan claimed to have seen a flying saucer launched from a C-47 aircraft. According to the report, the object was shaped like an automobile hub cap, with a diameter of 25 feet and between 12 and 15 feet thick. The farmer, John Keller, explained that the object emerged from the belly of the low-flying plane and quickly shot away to the south, easily outpacing the C-47. The case was reported by the local newspaper and confirmed by his sons, who also witnessed the event. Keller had not reported it earlier due to fear of being ridiculed by neighbors.

Another observation recorded the same year was made by Dr. L. O. Matter and Mr. E. Uorvan, who saw a bright, spherical object moving at an astonishing speed. The object crossed the sky from horizon to horizon in just two seconds, following a horizontal path over Ohio. The report concluded that no further investigation would be conducted on these cases.
