Summary

In October 1950, a Project 10073 report documented the sighting of 12 bright objects in New Orleans, Louisiana. Witnesses, who observed from a window for two hours, described round, shiny objects moving erratically without a defined pattern. The objects left no visible trails or noise and were at low altitude. Although it was mentioned that the objects were more than a mile away, no meteorological conditions or precise trajectory data were recorded. An additional witness, a cook, reported seeing what she described as "ghosts" shining brightly over a field in daylight, prompting her family to go outside to observe them. Other testimonies included descriptions resembling "loaves of bread" or "cigars," with objects disappearing suddenly. Despite multiple reports, no physical evidence was found, and the observations could not be confirmed, leading to a conclusion of insufficient data.
