In August 1951, mysterious objects were observed in the sky over Lubbock, Texas, sparking significant public and scientific interest. Witnesses described a "V" or "U"-shaped formation of bright lights moving at incredible speeds. Three professors from Texas Technological University, along with other witnesses, reported the phenomenon, and one of them took photographs analyzed by experts. Despite efforts to identify the objects, no definitive conclusion was reached. Some suggested they were migratory birds, while others considered the possibility of unconventional aircraft or even extraterrestrial objects. The case became one of the most famous UFO incidents in history, notable for the involvement of scientific observers and the quality of photographic evidence.
