🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In July 1952, a witness in Nebraska City, Nebraska, observed a mysterious object near the road. According to the report, a blue glow appeared in the sky to the northwest and moved toward the southeast. Five minutes later, the witness approached and noticed the object, which was about 10-15 yards from the road, had a kettle shape and measured between 25 to 30 feet in diameter. It was described as made of cast iron with rows of circular ports about 10 inches in diameter. An orange glow came from these holes. The object remained inactive with no sound or movement. Due to the nature of the sighting and the delayed report, psychological causes were considered.
