🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In 1951, a witness in Oberlin, Ohio, observed a silver object that hovered silently in the air for five minutes. The object, located about 30 feet above the trees and 1000 feet away, eventually accelerated and disappeared as a white streak. The witness provided a detailed description including precise location and estimated altitude and distance, though no photos or radar data were recorded.
The official investigation, conducted decades later, concluded that the report was insufficient for a reliable evaluation due to its age and lack of additional data. Despite this, the testimony remains intriguing for its clarity and the unusual nature of the object. The mystery persists without a conclusive explanation, leaving room for various interpretations.
