Summary

In March 1952, the crew of a C-54 aircraft spotted an unidentified object over the Sea of Japan. The object, oval-shaped, measured between 50 and 100 feet in length and emitted a bright orange glow. It was moving at tremendous speed in a horizontal plane, at around 10,000 feet altitude, and vanished from sight within a couple of minutes. The pilot and other crew members confirmed the description, stating it was not a jet aircraft. Their attention was so intense that they almost forgot to land.

The report, classified for decades, reveals a clear and detailed observation. Although no photos were taken, the description includes precise data on time, location, and object features. The experienced crew, familiar with jet aircraft, emphasized that the UFO showed no conventional traits. This case is part of a series of reports from the era that remain subjects of study and debate.
