🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In April 1952, an amateur astronomer and his son in Miami observed four dark objects passing across the face of the moon. The objects were circular, opaque, and completely invisible except when seen against the moon's glow. One of them blocked about half the moon's diameter, with a sharply defined edge and an unusual appearance. The official report did not reach clear conclusions, as the origin of the objects remained unidentified. Despite the lack of conclusive evidence, the witness, considered a competent observer, described the phenomenon with precision, including the formation and speed of the objects.
The case was documented by the military, but no conventional explanation was found. There was no noise or visible emissions, and the objects disappeared quickly. The witness, who had been seeking UFO sightings for years, expressed disappointment, considering them less spectacular than expected. However, his detailed description and the coincidence of multiple observations suggest the phenomenon deserves attention. This case is part of a series of 1952 reports reflecting growing concern about unidentified objects in the sky.
