🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In April 1952, a witness in Texas observed an unusual formation of unidentified flying objects. It involved between 50 and 75 gray discs moving in a circular pattern, comparable in size to a full moon. The observer, a civilian, described how the objects tilted rhythmically in unison, like Venetian blinds. The formation slowly moved across the sky, maintaining its shape before gradually disappearing. The official report did not reach a clear conclusion, though it noted no evidence of balloons or conventional aircraft in the area.
The Air Force's official report documented the sighting without offering a concrete explanation. The objects emitted no sound or visible trail, and their propulsion method remained unknown. Despite a drawing provided by the witness, no official identification or physical evidence was found. The case was filed as "unknown," reflecting the lack of answers during an era when UFO sightings were common but difficult to explain.
