UFO in V Formation over Bethesda 1952

Summary

In April 1952, four civilians in Bethesda, Maryland, reported seeing a V-shaped formation of lights with between 7 and 9 objects. Witnesses described orange-yellow lights, perfectly aligned, silent and not identifiable as aircraft or balloons. The formation maintained its structure for a few seconds before disappearing behind trees. Although the possibility of aircraft was investigated, no flights were confirmed in the area at that time.
