Summary

In May 1952, a white cylindrical object was spotted in Phoenix, Arizona, for a few seconds. Witnesses described a clear, elongated shape with a phosphorescent white glow, observed moving west at an estimated speed of 500 miles per hour. Although exact altitude and distance could not be determined, observers noted what appeared to be "molten drippings," sparking speculation about its nature. Initial reports considered possibilities like balloons, aircraft, or astronomical phenomena, but no definitive conclusion was reached.

The main testimony came from an ex-pilot and a foreign trade official, who both insisted they had never seen such an object before. Additionally, around 200 people at an outdoor party at the Camelback Inn also reportedly witnessed the phenomenon. Despite consistent accounts, the lack of photographic or physical evidence left many questions unanswered. The case was filed without a clear explanation, adding to the list of unexplained aerial phenomena from that era.
