🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In May 1952, at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, an unidentified object was sighted. The object, described as silver and with a circular shape and a dome, was observed for about 40 minutes. Several officers and technicians viewed it using binoculars, telescopes, and even attempted to intercept it with aircraft. Despite these efforts, it could not be definitively identified. Various possibilities were considered, such as balloons, aircraft, or even pieces of paper caught in the wind, but none of the explanations proved conclusive. The case was filed without a definitive resolution.
