🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In July 1952, an Air Force officer reported seeing a large orange light moving rapidly across the sky. The sighting occurred near East Chicago, Indiana, and the witness described how the object traveled in a straight line, without zigzagging like a meteor. A second object appeared one minute later, with the same characteristics, and disappeared suddenly. The report, though brief, includes details such as the estimated height of the object and its size, compared to a full moon. The officer noted that no further action was taken by the air base, but the document remains an interesting account of an unidentified aerial phenomenon.
