🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In July 1952, multiple witnesses in Trenton, New Jersey, reported observing unidentified flying objects with round shapes and orange colors. The testimonies agree that the objects appeared at different times, between 21:59 and 23:00, and moved in various directions: south, southeast, and southwest. Although their origin and propulsion method could not be identified, witnesses consistently described them as very large and moving at speeds comparable to commercial aircraft. The official investigation concluded that the witnesses were fairly reliable, despite lacking prior experience in aerial observations.
Military reports indicate that the objects left no visible trail and produced no sound, making their identification difficult. Despite clear weather conditions and no notable meteorological activity, observers could not determine if the objects were conventional aircraft. The investigation included detailed interviews and coordination with other units, but no conclusive explanation was reached. The collected data was archived under strict security measures, reflecting the era's concerns about unconventional aerial threats.
