Summary

A civilian couple observed four grey, round objects over Chicago in July 1952. These objects, the size of a silver dollar at arm's length, were traveling at a fast and constant speed without making noise or leaving a visible trail. The sighting occurred at 22:30 and lasted two minutes. The witness, Larry Seborg, a former Air Force pilot, stated they were not conventional aircraft. His wife also confirmed the sighting, noting the objects moved in formation from east to west.

The night was clear with 15 miles visibility and a temperature inversion at 45,999 feet. There was no known air activity or interception. Despite the credibility of the witness, no physical evidence was found. This case is part of the classified Air Force reports from the 1950s showing official concern over unexplained sightings.
