🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In July 1952, a family in Phoenix, Arizona, reported observing an unidentified object in the sky. The testimony includes details such as the disc shape, its brightness, and unusual movement. The object remained stationary for several minutes before disappearing rapidly. The family used binoculars and the naked eye, and the report mentions no visible vapor trails or sound. Although other explanations like weather balloons were considered, the testimony did not fit these.
The official Air Force report classified it as insignificant, suggesting it could have been a misidentification or a false alarm. However, the precise details and multiple witnesses add weight to the story, making this case one of the many mysterious declassified UFO files.
