🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1952, a witness in Salisbury, Maryland, reported a bright blue-green object speeding across the sky. The account, documented in military records, describes a glowing light with fuzzy edges, resembling a radium watch dial. The object was seen for just seconds, moving north to south under an overcast sky. Although a balloon was considered, the final assessment concluded it could be one, but no definitive conclusion was reached. The classified report reflects how authorities analyzed unexplained aerial phenomena during a period of heightened national security.
