🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A civilian couple reported a stationary greenish-red light in Phoenix, Arizona, in August 1952. The object was observed for 10 to 15 minutes without making any sound, raising questions. Although a weather balloon was considered as a possibility, no photos were taken and no definitive confirmation was made. The area had clear weather conditions with visibility over 15 miles. The sighting was documented in a military report shared with several air bases for analysis. The lack of noise and the unusual color of the object contributed to the uncertainty about its nature.
