In August 1952, a commercial pilot reported seeing three disc-shaped objects flying at high speed near a DC-3 aircraft at 3000 feet. The pilot and crew observed the objects performing rapid maneuvers around the plane. A civilian had seen a similar object over Lima the previous day, suggesting the sighting was not an isolated event.
