🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1952, a woman in San Antonio, Texas, observed four unidentified aerial objects with unusual movements. The objects, described as spherical and emitting a bright white light, appeared at different times and performed maneuvers impossible for aircraft technology of the era. One of them made a 180-degree turn and suddenly disappeared, as if a light were turned off. Another moved slowly at first but then accelerated rapidly. A plane flew under one of the objects without any reaction. The observation lasted about an hour, with no sound or visible propulsion. The objects showed no aerodynamic features, exhaust trails, or signs of conventional flight.
The report, part of Project 10073, was sent to the U.S. Intelligence Department. The observer certified the information as accurate, though no physical evidence was found and the nature of the objects remained unexplained. The description of their movements and appearance did not match any known aircraft at the time, raising questions about their origin. The report concluded that no meteorological conditions or known activities could explain the sighting, leaving open the possibility of an unknown phenomenon.
