🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1952, multiple observers in Middletown, Pennsylvania, spotted an object in the sky moving from the southeast to the northwest. It was described as a disk approximately 25 inches in diameter, with a blueish light turning yellow. The object made no sound and appeared to move at a high speed, which explained the slight tail it left behind. Reliable witnesses, including base employees, reported the sighting.
Weather conditions were clear with 7 miles visibility, and no air traffic was recorded in the area at the time. The report, though with OCR errors, confirms the observers appear credible, including at least two base guards. The object's description and behavior suggest it was not a conventional phenomenon.
