Circular UFO Sighting in Oklahoma 1952

Summary

In September 1952, a UFO sighting was recorded at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. A bright, glowing circular object was observed for 45 minutes, moving back and forth in the sky. Witnesses included a woman and her brother, located five miles southeast of the base, and an observer from the 33rd Air Division, one mile southeast. Although balloon or astronomical explanations were considered, no definitive conclusion was reached. A plane, C-4777164, was sent to identify the object, but no further information was obtained.
