Summary

In October 1952, a ground observer in Albany, New York, spotted a circular object moving at high speed. The object made no sound and circled once before heading north. The sighting lasted about thirty seconds and was clearly visible. The report suggested it could be a balloon, though other explanations were not ruled out.
