🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
On December 27, 1952, a military pilot observed a cigar-shaped object with a luminous trail over Albuquerque, New Mexico. Described as similar in size to a jet bomber, the object traveled east to west at high speed. A witness saw it for 10-20 seconds before it disappeared behind clouds. Reports from Amarillo, Texas, also noted the sighting, suggesting a wide trajectory. Although a meteor was considered, no confirmation was reached. The report includes testimonies from an air traffic controller and a pilot, who could not identify the object.
