🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In January 1952, a pilot and another observer reported a bright green object moving in a constant arc over the restricted Galleren area. The object left no trail or sound, making it stand out as unusual. It was described as a glowing comet that gradually disappeared without exploding or leaving physical evidence.
The lack of trail or sound raised doubts about its nature. Although classified as an astronomical phenomenon, the detailed description of its trajectory and green color did not match known comets. The report, though brief, reflected the witnesses' confusion and the need for a clearer explanation.
