🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
On February 3, 1953, nearly all residents of Semarang, Indonesia, witnessed a white object suddenly appear in the sky. Witnesses described it as the size of a star, appearing against a clear blue sky without sparkling or moving. The observation was visual and ground-based, with no photographs taken and no physical evidence found. Despite the widespread sighting, authorities could not identify the object.
The report was initially classified, downgraded every three years, and finally declassified after 12 years. Although the observation was recorded, it was concluded that there was insufficient data for evaluation. The case remains a mystery, with no clear explanation to this day.
