A 1953 report describes an object observed over Pasadena, Texas, that appeared on radar for 25 seconds and was then visually seen as a reddish light circling the city. Witnesses, including military and civilian personnel, reported that the object made five circles before disappearing toward the northwest. Although initially confusing, investigators concluded it was a weather balloon. The report data matched balloon launches from Ellington AFB around the same time, supporting this explanation. However, the object's movement and appearance generated some uncertainty, especially due to the lack of photos or physical evidence.
