Summary

A white object was sighted making a traffic pattern while an aircraft was landing. The object passed at 2000 feet at around 400 mph and was also observed on radar. A French plane landed shortly after, and a ground light was observed for 15-20 minutes. The investigation concluded the object was an aircraft and the ground light.
