🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1953, over San Antonio, Texas, several witnesses observed a mysterious object for about 5 to 6 minutes. The object was described as elliptical and silver in color, and it remained motionless in the sky without emitting noise or smoke. Although around 12 aircraft were reported in the area, none seemed to be related to the phenomenon. The weather conditions were ideal, with unlimited visibility, reinforcing the credibility of the witnesses' descriptions.
The investigation concluded that the object could have been a weather balloon launched at 0900 hours, reaching an altitude of 23,600 meters. However, no physical evidence confirmed this hypothesis or any other. Despite the lack of conclusive data, the report carefully documents the witnesses' accounts, including those of workers and the main informant, who all agreed on the object's characteristics and the absence of any aerodynamic or audible signals.
