🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1953, a U.S. Air Force pilot reported a bright green object flying straight at low altitude. The sighting occurred near Thule, Greenland, and Goose Bay, Newfoundland. The pilot and a radar operator observed it for a few seconds, but there was no radar contact or clear explanation. The light suddenly disappeared without fading.
The official evaluation concluded it was an astronomical phenomenon, likely a meteor. However, the report details, such as precise direction and speed, suggest a clear and deliberate observation. Although no physical evidence or photos were found, the fact that two observers saw it simultaneously adds credibility to the account.
