🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1953, a witness in Dayton, Ohio reported seeing an orange, flaky light moving rapidly westward. The observation lasted only two seconds before the object disappeared behind a hill. The Air Force classified it as an astronomical phenomenon, likely a meteor. However, another incident in Lebanon, Ohio adds intrigue to the case.
A woman in Lebanon used a camera with a red filter and infrared film to photograph the eclipse of Mercury. In two frames, a bright spherical object, similar to the moon, appeared. It was not visible to the naked eye. Analysis suggested it was not a solar reflection or a film bubble. Some experts speculated it could be a remote-controlled device made of translucent material. Although no definitive conclusion was reached, the case remains intriguing for UFO researchers.
