🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In December 1953, a bright object was observed for 40 minutes over Panama City. Civilian witnesses reported a white, round object moving in multiple directions, smaller than the sun but larger than a star. The observation was made visually, with no photos taken and no physical evidence found. The object sparked curiosity and debate, but investigators concluded it was a weather balloon released from Albrook. This balloon, affected by variable winds, passed over the city and was deflected in different directions, explaining the object's seemingly erratic movement.
