Summary

In January 1954, a witness in Buena Park, California, observed an egg-shaped object with an orange color. First, they saw a single object described as the size of a 50-cent piece. The object made a partial circle and disappeared behind the mountains. A few minutes later, five objects appeared in a "V" formation. The observation was brief, lasting only one minute, and there were no photographs or additional confirmations.

The sighting was reported by a civilian, and although the responsible officer considered it possibly an aircraft, there was insufficient data for a conclusive evaluation. The lack of other witnesses and no recorded aerial activity in the area raised doubts about the report's validity. Despite this, the case was classified and downgraded over time, eventually declassified after fourteen years.
