🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In March 1954, a witness in Virginia observed six shiny objects arranged in a "V" formation. They appeared to be made of polished aluminum, with no sound or exhaust trail, and remained stationary for about 30 seconds. The sighting occurred at an elevation of approximately 80 degrees to the north. Although an aircraft was flying below the objects, it was not linked to them. The lack of additional reports or data prevented a conclusive evaluation.
The investigation had limited information: only one witness and no photographs. Possible explanations included balloons, aircraft, or astronomical phenomena, but none fit perfectly. The official report concluded there was insufficient data for a definitive assessment. As with many other cases, this one was filed without resolution, adding another mystery to the long history of unidentified sightings.
