Summary

A witness in Villcox, Arizona, reported a smooth, silvery disc-shaped object reflecting sunlight. The account describes an object about 30 feet in diameter and 6 feet thick, appearing around 10 AM. The observer, driving along the road, was drawn to the object by the glare, which tilted toward them and reflected the sun's light for 2 to 3 seconds. Then, the object leveled out and the reflection disappeared. The official report concluded it was likely a reflection from something ordinary, like an aircraft, balloon, or even ice. No lateral movement was detected, and the observer was alone, so there were no other witnesses.

The investigation suggested no physical object was seen, only a reflection that could have come from any shiny surface. Despite the detailed description, there was no physical evidence or photographs to support the sighting. The report, dated June 1954, is part of the Project 10073 records, an effort to document sightings of unidentified flying objects.
