🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In June 1954, a witness in Pasco, Washington, reported an unusual aerial phenomenon. She observed two white objects that combined to form a fireball the size of half the moon. The object made no sound and slowly disappeared over the horizon at a low altitude. Although the description was clear, there were no photographs or additional data to help identify it.
The observer, Mrs. Gail Peck, was an experienced director, adding credibility to the report. However, investigators concluded there was not enough information to evaluate the case. Meteorological data and wind conditions at different altitudes were recorded, but they did not provide a definitive explanation. The report was archived as insufficient for a conclusive evaluation, leaving the nature of the phenomenon unresolved.
