In June 1954, a witness in Danvers, Massachusetts, spotted a small, white, elliptical object moving in a straight line from the southwest to the northeast. The object maintained a constant elevation of 50 degrees for 30 seconds, crossing a 45-degree arc. Despite attempting to use binoculars, the observer could not get more details, as the object quickly disappeared. The description did not match planes, birds, or weather balloons, raising questions about its identity.
