In 1954, a witness in Mineral Wells, Texas, observed two bright objects resembling stars. These objects changed color from white to red, remained still for two minutes, and then rapidly moved northward. The witness, a military officer, stated they were not aircraft or balloons, as he was familiar with their appearance and sound.
