🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1954, a civilian in Atlanta, Georgia, observed two bright objects in the sky. The first was large and bright, followed by a smaller one that quickly caught up. The observation lasted 2 to 3 minutes, and no sound was heard. At the same time, Dobbins AFB tower saw two jets flying in formation, one with both landing lights on and the other with only one. The timing and direction of the sightings created some confusion about whether the objects were conventional aircraft or something else.
The report includes weather details, with clear skies and strong winds at high altitudes. Despite the simultaneous observation of the jets, the nature of the objects remained uncertain. The report concluded that the sighting was conventional air activity (A/C), but the description and behavior of the objects remain intriguing to UFO researchers.
