In December 1954, two unidentified flying object sightings were reported in Long Beach, California. The first occurred on December 12, when a civilian observer described seeing two elongated red objects for five minutes. The second sighting happened on December 21, when a round blue object was observed moving at high altitude and an estimated speed of 200 knots.
